The footdrill course is coming, so be sure to brush up on your footdrill! Here are the course dates.
Dates:27th March and 3rd April 2010
Test Date:17 April 2010
Time:9.30am - 12.30pm
Location: Greenview Secondary School
It is compulsory for all sec 2 scouts and sec 3 scouts who have not gotten their footdrill badge.

Pioneering Course 2010

The Standard Pioneering and Advanced Pioneering Course is here again ! It is opened to all scouts, that have passed their standard knotting and you are keen in pioneering! So if you are interested in this course be sure to pass your knotting test before the course ! Please sign up before 20th March 2010, please inform Felicia Tan if you would like to sign up !

Service to Cub Scout Activity

Hello Scouts,

There will be a Cub Scout Activity on Tuesday, 16 March 2010, and volunteers from all sections (Scout, Venture, Rovers) are needed.

Date: Tuesday, 16 March 2010 (Sch hols)

Time: 8.30am - 10.00pm

Venue: Whitesands Pri Sch

1. Activity Overview:

Cub Scouts & Brownies combined activity

- 30 Cub Scouts

- 30 Brownies

= 60 participants (formed into 10 six - 6 participants per six) ("six" - Cub Scouts don't use the term patrols, instead they are called 'six', and each 'six' comprise of 6 Cubs.)

Therefore 10 volunteers are needed for this activity.

Grp A - 30 participants (15 Cub + 15 Brownies)

Grp B - 30 participants

2. Programme details:

08.30am - Ice Breaking

09.00am - Amazing race (Grp A) / Outdoor cooking (Grp B)

12.00pm - Lunch

02.00pm - Amazing race (Grp B) / Outdoor cooking (Grp A)

05.00pm - Dinner

07.00pm - Campfire

09.30pm - End of Activity

Job Week Launch at Istana

Dear All
