1. Aims and Objectives
 To cultivate high level of discipline within the troop.
 To establish teamwork and co-operation.
 To motivate scouts to show more commitment in Scouting.

3. Patrol Programme Schedule
 Each individual patrols are to submit their completed patrol schedule to the scribe not later by Wednesday, 6pm.
 Scribe is to collate and send to the respective leaders (PLs, SPLs, TL, GSL, AGSL, ASLs).
 Patrol points will be deducted accordingly if any individual fail to act as according to the terms above.
4. Meeting Time
Normal meeting hours
 0830am to 1230pm
 *Duty patrol are to report at 0815 for dens and spar shed inspection*

5. Attendance
 Present : +20 points
 Late: +10 points
 Absent (with reason) : +0 points
 Absent (without reason) : -40 points
*reasons are to be given one day notice in advance to their respective Patrol Leader.*
 Any individual who is absent without reasons more than ten times will be out.

6. Uniform Inspection
 Best uniform (2 per week): extra +50 points

All entries on the equipment movement book must clearly stated with the following details.

- Numbering of the equipment
- Proper term of the equipment (eg. Spars, mallet and etc)
- Tangible or non tangible ( eg. 20x lashings – Tangible)


On top of that, please write legibly and sign in /out with your signature for accountability. PL (LION) Sacchi, has failed to follow the Logistic SOP, hence 150 points will be deducted.


P.S. SPL Royston, please tighten the check on the equipment and administrative process.
