Reminder - NYAA Award Ceremony

Dear Scouts

This is a reminder to ALL NYAA Award Recipients, please take note of the following..

Date: 16th August 2011

Reporting Time: 1300

Reporting Venue: Study Area outside General Office

Attire: Full Scout Uniform with beret and polished boots

You will be released from class at 1235. Please have your lunch, get changed and report by 1255. Scout Den 2 will be opened in the morning from 0745 for you to place your uniforms and boots.

Also, Gavin Sir would like to see all PLs, Jazreel, Jiahao, Edwin and Timothy Quek after the ceremony.

PLs, please remind your patrol members

Reminders - Briefings

Hello Scouts

This is a gentle reminder to all NYAA Award recipients who are attending the award ceremony. There will be a short briefing tomorrow during meeting at around 1100. Please be present for the briefing.

Another gentle reminder to scouts participating in the September First Class Scout Standard Exploration Test (FCSSET) and Advanced Scout Standard Exploration Test (ASSET), there will be a hike briefing during meeting after the NYAA Award Ceremony briefing. Please be present.

Congratulations to SPL Jazeel-Anne Rama Teo for being conferred the Chief Commissioner’s Award (CCA). The CCA is the highest award for the Scout section.

Beside being the second CCA holder in the Group since its establishment in 2002. Jazreel is one of the three girls to receive this award since the CCA was first introduced in 1975. A historical moment for the Singapore Scouting and Cuon Scout Group.

I believe in the years to come, each patrols will have at least one CCA holder.
