10th Anniversary Gangshow

Hello Scouts

Tomorrow is the big day! We'll be having our 10th anniversary gangshow tomorrow!

Please be reminded to report in school tomorrow at 1100 to your respective VENTURE ICs. You will not be reporting as a troop. We will start our final pre-event preparations tomorrow morning.

Reporting time: 1100

Report to: Respective Venture ICs

Attire: Half uniform (Troop tee with scout pants, belts, socks and boots)

Please be reminded to bring along your scout shirt and scarf.

Tenderfoots, please bring along your scarf, you need not bring your scout shirt.

Neither lunch nor dinner will be provided. So I urge all of you to bring sufficient money to buy your lunch and dinner. However, there will be refreshments after the gangshow.

Rest well tonight and I'll see you all tomorrow!

RE: Basic Scuba Diving Course

I am pleased to inform you that the Basic Scuba Diving Course organised by Cuon Scout Group, is now open for registration.

1. Course Objectives
• Learn what wearing scuba equipment feels like and how easy it is to move around underwater while wearing it

• Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater and learn whether you can be comfortable there

• Learn some basic skills and safety rules that will carry over to your full scuba certification course when you take the next step.

31 March 2011 (Saturday)
2pm – 6pm

4. Course Fees
$60

5. Eligibility
-Scouts (Min.14 years old)

Max. Participants: 30 Participants (Max). Application is on a first come first served basis.

Resumption of Weekly Meeting

Hello Scouts!

I hope you enjoyed your holidays, and an extremely long break from Scouting (for some of you). Anyway, I'll like to inform all of you that meeting will resume this Saturday, 7th January 2012.

Please note the following.

Reporting time: 0845

Reporting location: Red tiles

Attire: Full Uniform with seasoned beret and polished boots.

Meeting will end around 1300.
