I was thinking, beside giving our Best and Merit Patrols the (1) Badge, (2)Trophy and (3)Flag staff. What can be improve to show that we recognise the individual patrol effort and the glory of being the best….
During the meeting, I mentioned that I intend to proposed a Best Patrol T-shirt for our yearly Inter-Patrol Competition (IPC) Winner. And also the honour to guard our Group and Troop colours.
Imagine, the best patrol members don the Best Patrol T-shirt for meetings.
And during the annual investiture and commendation Parades, the honour to be the flag bearer.
I would like to listen your view…
