Presentation of Group badge...

Dear Scouts,

I am pleased to inform that the following Scouts will be awarded the Group badge on the 28 Nov 2009.

The presenting of Group badge is the most prestigious moment for our newly appointed Scouts. It witness the transformation from a Tenderfoot to a Scout. A Scout, a full-fledged Cuon Scout with the strong values of commitment, loyalty and Integrity.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulates all the recipients. At the same time I encourage all fellow Cuons to continue pushing themselves to a greater height and keeping the Cuon Spirit alive!
