Attendance

Dear Scout

Please take note, you are required to attend all meeting regularly unless you are on (1) Medical Leave, (2) Exempted for meeting due to – Attending official School / Scout organized or approved activities or events. Proof of documents must present on the next available meeting. Otherwise you will be consider as ABSENT from meeting and points will be deducted.

Patrol Leader please don’t falsely report on your member as “exempted” during the reporting. Troop Leader / SPL are to check further and not just take it lightly. As far as the Patrol Leader is unable to present any proof of documents, just mark the absentee(s) as absent.

PS: Scribes, you are to mark the absentees as absent in the attendance. Don’t mark exempted or MC without confirmation with Mr Lattif or Ms Ng or Me.
