Objectives
By the end of the course, you would be able to:

· Gain a better understanding of the challenges faced by and the roles played by junior leaders.
· Identify a development process through feedback and develop a personal leadership development plan.
· Lead and develop your patrol / troop for better performance

9th Advanced Scout Standard Camp 30-31 October 2010

Objectives
By the end of the course, you would be able to:

· Gain a better understanding of the basic survival skill
· Teamwork
· Strive for better performance

· Basic Survival Skills- Building natural shelter- Fire starting- Choose a campsite- Water collection
· Teambuilding activities
