Hi Scouts

During the school holidays, the troop is running Strategic Planning 2011. If you care about what the troop looks like and how well it works over the next 5 years, and want to talk about it, you are invited to spent from 9am to 1pm discussing important issues related to quality-of-programme and a vibrant Troop, such as:

• Innovation and technology
• Education and competitiveness
• Sustainability and progression
• Anything.

It is a facilitated visioning exercise based on what gets you concerned or enthusiastic. We are particularly interested in getting young people’s point of view.

You bring your best ideas and we’ll build the interactive, enjoyable process around what people in the room want to work on. See you then….
