I’m pleased to announce that The Singapore Scout Association has conferred the Chief Commissioner’s Award (CCA) to SPL Jazeel-Anne Rama Teo. Jazreel is also one of the first girls to receive this award since the CCA was first introduced in 1975. A historical moment for the Singapore Scouting and Cuon Scout Group.
This is our second Chief Commissioner’s Award holder in the Group since its establishment in 2002. The first CCA holder was in 2004 and he is Calvin Tan, former Troop Leader and Bear Patrol Leader.
I believe in the years to come, each patrols will have at least one CCA holder.
